Process

Studio Jonah is an architecture firm with focus on excellence in design.      

Projects are viewed in the context of their surroundings rather than in isolation.  The relationship among people, culture and nature comes into play from the very start of a project, with the goal of achieving an unparallel end result that also serves to enhance a project's surroundings beyond measure. 

At Studio Jonah, we believe that the understanding of built forms and their impact on their surroundings is a central part of the design process.  Sensitivities associated with a particular site may also guide the architectural response, whereby built forms are created to meet a client's requirements, as well as to become a part of the space we live in.

Design excellence sits at the heart of this entire process regardless of the scale of a particular project - from architecture design to urban design, the emphasis on design can be seen on any number of levels.

Approach

At Studio Jonah we tackle all our projects with a holistic approach that provides;

• VISION:   empower our clients with understanding the importance of design and its impact on economical value, especially in the early stage of the projects.   This approach allows the buildings to capture both its own identity, as well as the spirit of their surroundings.   They're visually appealing, comfortable, and flexible and most of all, responds to its surroundings.
• COLLABORATION:  understand and adopt changes from non-linear building design process while creating economic value to our clients:  the idea of "good design is a good business" pays its  value for their owners and users
• SUSTAINABILITY:   addressing environmental issues in a responsible way is critical not just to the future of architecture:  integrating sustainability with initial design ideas is an essential way to begin and to continue developing projects to completion.

We pride ourselves on our individualistic approach to each client.  We approach each project in a spirit of collaboration with our clients and work with a select group of consultants as it is appropriate, based on the specific needs of a project.
